Smooth in flavour, this handcrafted brew is restorative in times of intensity, when the candle is burning at both ends.

Hot: 1 tsp + 1 cup boiling water, infuse 2 - 5 min and strain
Cold: 1 tbsp + 1 litre water, infuse overnight and strain

take the edge off

I was looking for a tea with skullcap in it. This tea is really lovely to drink. The effects are are wonderful. My mind has been swirling lately, so many thoughts, especially at the end of my day. This tea has been wonderful for quietening all that noise!

Great tea for relieving stress

I am a shift worker and my work can be draining and stressful at times. I always have a pot of this tea during my break and it helps relieve stress and rebuild my resilience to cope during my shift. It also has a nice flavour. I drink it cold with lemon, so it's very refreshing too!
