1 tsp + 1 cup boiling water, infuse 2 - 5 min & strain

Cold

Amazing prevention!

I swear by this tea... anytime I feel vulnerable like I could get sick, or a lot of viruses are going around, I drink this tea for a few days and it sorts me out every time! It always keeps colds at bay and the very odd time I am sick, it reduces the severity and intensity. It really works.

I love the rosehips and olive together, it I steep it too long the other ingredients become quite bitter but i can certainly see how good this tea is for me. Steeping for 2 mins is enough for me and delicious.
